Missy Farren & Associates (Mfa) was founded in 1994 by Missy Farren to provide companies with the kind of responsive service and breakthrough creativity that she needed when she was a client herself. The result – an agile agency pairing topnotch skills in communication with a host of integrated marketing functions to ensure seamlessly targeted and executed campaigns. Today, Mfa has proven its aptitude in an array of disciplines ranging from branding and strategy development to public and media relations, promotions and internal communications.

Mfa invents, improves and implements creative marketing strategies for a range of clients in diverse areas. At Mfa, we realize that our success depends on the success of our clients and this business philosophy has fostered long-term, expanding relationships with many of our clients.

Mfa works closely with each and every client to identify goals, highlight strengths, minimize weaknesses, create messages and build marketing, publicity and event programs.

Culture

Client-Focused Philosophy — Mfa’s commitment to client service starts at the top. To Missy, client service means to not only supervise her team but to be involved in every pertinent aspect of a client’s business, no matter what size. We believe this close, personal interest is rare in the revolving-door atmosphere of the typical agency environment.

Hiring the Best — The Mfa team includes only the most enthusiastic and dedicated individuals, who are assigned to accounts that dovetail with their personal interests and specific demographic. Excellent communication skills paired with a fierce competitive edge enable our team to embrace challenges and execute at the highest level of performance.

Growing by Reputation — We can attest that the best advertising is word of mouth. Through relationships, reputation and the positive referrals of satisfied clients, the agency grows without an in-house marketing campaign.

Success Breeds Fun — When PR is done creatively and aggressively, it can be the tipping point for the success of any new product launch, event or branding campaign. Mfa aims to deliver client-centered service and results to great clients, representing topnotch products… and have a fantastic time along the way.

History

After a successful career in marketing and public relations on both the client and agency sides of the business, Missy Farren branched out on her own in 1994 to craft a creative, client centered marketing and public relations agency, which pairs topnotch skills in communication with marketing functions. Since opening its doors, Mfa has grown from a two-person consultancy to a full-service agency.
